United States monetary Association features Real Estate Tax Tips from Diane Kennedy

“Over the years, I’ve been talking about how You can get the cash flow of the real estate and has not shown legally on tax losses of tax returns,” Kennedy said. “It is a paper loss. Over the years, the IRS has made it difficult to take a loss. ” For example, property owners get less than $ 100,000 per year; the owner can take up to $ 25,000 against loss of income. If a salary in excess of $ 100,000 a year, no harm can be eliminated. This phase between $ 100,000 and $ 150,000 brackets.

Kennedy continued, “there is a trick called the professional status of real estate. You need to spend more hours in real estate activities than any other business. In addition, you are required to spend at least 750 hours annually perform tasks related to real estate-it is about 15 hours per week. ”

The High Court threw out the Texas election map

WASHINGTON (AP)-The Supreme Court handed the Republic of Texas partial victory Thursday, throwing the election Court expansion plan drawn which favored minority and Democratic but left the future of the country’s political map-and perhaps control of U.S. HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES-in the hands of two federal court with Texas ‘ April Primaries looming.

In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court ordered a three-judge court in San Antonio to craft a new map that pays homage to one of the more initially drafted by the Texas ‘ GOP-led legislature. Direct effect is to scrap the map while the Court of San Antonio are arranged to be favored Democrat to take four new Texas Congressional seats will be added in the year 2012.

Republicans, led by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, heralded as a clear ruling a victory for the country.

“The Court made it clear that the Court should be worded to give homage to the elected leaders of this country, and it was clear by the Supreme Court’s ruling that the District Court abandoned these principles,” he said in a statement.

But the Court did not go as far as Texas want, which is to implement the map interesting for legislative elections this year. Doing so will rewrite the existing election law and voting rights ACT. Only Justice Clarence Thomas said he will go that far.

Future car: it wants to Ease the most visionary Boomer

There are a lot of hoopla will come out of Detroit this week with some 500 new cars and trucks model debuted at the North American International Auto Show. But what features one has yet to dawn on the automotive industry that will last night and surefire commercial success, causing millions of baby boomers rushed out and lined up for a vehicle with this feature?

Windshields could end blues-recipe “I can’t drive at night” once and for all. And while none of those new car or truck models sport glass recipe, however, that doesn’t mean the idea was out of consideration by the world’s major auto design thoughts, most of which I suspect was 25 years old and have 20/20 vision.

Expensive? Only if the auto industry requires that it be. Remember, it’s not the lens but the frame at which raise the cost of glasses. You pay for the design; glass is glass. And besides, since when cost considerations in a midlife crisis? A 55-year-old man who bought the Corvette will rejoice at the opportunity to spend an extra couple of grand if it meant leaving his Bifocals at home.
